Who we are…

Hi! My name is Tammy Framnes, and I am the owner of Shawano Bearings. Shawano Bearings began first as Gene’s Bearings, a satellite store of the original Gene’s Bearings store in Antigo, WI. Gene’s Bearings then sold the Shawano location to Bob and Gloria Beyer approximately 20 years ago.

In 2015, I was looking for a new career, after having been a private and public music educator. My dad, a lifelong farmer, had heard that Shawano Bearings was for sale, and convinced me to meet with Bob Beyer and consider buying the store.

The rest, as the saying goes, is history. I bought Shawano Bearings that very day, and never looked back. It has been almost nine years, and I absolutely LOVE what I do. My employee, Amanda, has been with me almost the entire time, and I think it’s safe to say we both enjoy seeing our regular customers, as well as building relationships with new ones.

Customer service is our number one priority, and we guarantee nobody works harder to meet our customers’ needs than we do. If you have parts that are hard to find, or parts that no other parts store seems to want to help you find, we are your gals!
